THE WATER SUPPLY QUESTION.

The following is a copy of the petition forwarded to Parliament by the Caversham Borough Council against tho further water supply concessions sought by tho Dunedin City Council : The humble petition of the Mayor and Councillors of the Boroujrh ofCuversham showeth : 1.
