OTAGO BENEVOLENT INSTITUTION.
A meeting of the subscribers to theßenevolent Institution convened by .the Committee was held in Farley’s Hall this afternoon for the purpose of- deciding what steps should be taken as to an inquiry into the charges lately made against the management of the Institution. Apont thirty gentlemen were present, and Bishop Nevill was voted to the chair. As the proceedings were held at too late an hour for this evening’s publication we shall give a report of them to-to-morrow. r ;
