Shortly after the Itish obstructors had been expelled, the House disoußsecl Mr Gladstone's resolution,.that a majority of three-fourths or the passage of a motion of " urgency" should suffice to give the Speaker supreme control. The motion was slightly modified and rtlopted. The Coercion Bill was then declared " urgent," in order that the Speaker sheuld have full power to put down any obstruction to its discussion, and the debate was resumed. The House is still sitting. Mr Parnell has issued a manifesto, in which he urges his followers to act with calmness, and promises to renew the fight against the Coercion Bill in Parliament. Later.

The expulsion of Mr Parnell and his followers from the House of Gommouß last night was proposed by Mr Gladstone, who moved that their expulsion, and nothing less, would suffice to restore order.. Tshe motion was carried, and the Speaker gave orders that the obstructors be expelled. An unexampled soene of tumult; and disorder enmed. Many members were ordered to retire, and they resisted the offioers of the Honse. Mr Dillon opposed them violently, sni was foroibly expelled. Finally all the obstructors left the Chamber, and order was restored.

The eitting of the House of Commons was olosed this afternoon, the debate on the Irish Coerolon Bill being further postponed. The proceedings after the expulsion of the Irish obstructors were of an orderly character,
