[reuter’s telegrams.] BOMBAY, January 30. General Stewart’s cavalry entered Kilalighilgie on the 21at. Vali Mahomet, brother to the Ameer of Afghanistan, accompanied by a number of chiefs, has arrived at Kufum, and solicited General Roberts to receive him.
