Star of tho South having been cleaned and repainted was hauled out of the floating do?k this forenoon, when the schooner Jessie Nicol was taken in for overhaul. Tho Waitaki arrived from Oamaru early this morning and steamed alongsldo the J, N. Fleming to tranship 400 sacks grain and fifty-four bales wool. The Maori, from West Coast ports, via Timaru, arrived at Port Chalmers at 3 this morning. She left Timaru at noon yesterday; had flue weather along tho ooast _ _ Shipping Telegrams.
