MAYOR’S COURT.
This Day. (Before his Worship the Mayor.) LARRIKINISM. John Mitchell was charged by the police with rolling an empty cask along Princes street at the hour of two in the morning, to the annoyance of persons passing through the street. Fined 40s, and costs.
MINOR OFFENCES. Patrick O’Lawn was fined 40a and costs for unlawfully riding upon his dray, drawn by three horses, on the main north road, without holding sufficient reins, or any com* petent person having charge of said horses. William Brien was charged with a aimilav offence, and fined 40s and costs.
