PROPOSAL FOR ARMISTICE
LONDON, December 25.
The head of the Communist delegation stated in Chungking that tomorrow his party'would submit officially and in writing a proposal for an unconditional armistice in China's civil strife.
The Central Government Party and the Communists will resume negotiations tomorrow after a break of five weeks. ■■■•".
