INVENTORY IN FRANCE
Kec. 1.30 p.m. PARIS, Dec. 21. Jean Monnet, former representative of France in Washington, has been appointed head of the committee on the modernisation and equipment ot plants which is making a complete inventory of France's resources and possibilities for reconstruction in the next six months.
