RUSSIANS RENEW CHARGES Rec. 1 p.m. MOSCOW, December 21. Moscow radio, claiming proof for the Russian allegation that a German army group is still in existence in the British occupation zone, says the German General Kramer, describing himself as "Senior Officer o£ Undisbanded Personnel," sent a letter to the War Crimes Tribunal seeking permission to attend the Nuremberg trial.
He said this this was in order to keep his officers posted on developments. Permission was refused.
