POLITICAL SURVEYS
Rec. 9 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 20. The Trusteeship Committee of the United Nations World Organisation passed a Ukrainian proposal providing for periodic surveys of political institutions in trustee territories arid their capacity for self-government. An independent survey should ensure the greatest possible expression of the wishes of local populations, it was said.
