British Army and civilian car. drivers must now carry arms and ammunition in the streets of Berlin after 9 p.m. An armed escort must accompany women drivers. Hamburg radio reported that Berlin police swooped on city night clubs last night and arrested 300 persons, many of whom were already wanted for a variety of offences. Large quantities of black market meat, eggs, wine, and spirits were found: '
