MR. P. M. BUTLER IN LONDON
LONDON, September 4. Mr. P. M. Butler, one of the members of the New Zealand delegation to attend the conference of the International Labour Office in Paris, has arrived in London by air. He is at present attending a conference of the International Federation of Trade Unions. A decision to support Ihe Wellington School Committees and Educational Association in its effort to have the age limit for payment of children's fares on trams extended from 12 to 15 years was made at the meeting of the i^aio School Committee this week.
