AUDITOR-GENERAL
RETIRING SHORTLY
In concluding his annual report to Parliament, which was submitted yesterday the Controller and AuditorGeneral (Mr. Cyril G. Collins) stated that he would be retiring from office shortly. He therefore took the opportunity of expressing appreciation of the consideration always extended to him by the Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, and other Ministers of the Crown with whom he had come into contact in the course of his duties, and also by the Public Accounts Committee when he had been called to give evidence before it.
