TRANSPORT COMMAND
LONDON. September 3. The RAF Transport Command is at present flying twice as many air miles-as at the beginning of the year, says the Air Ministry news service, which estimates that 24,000,000 miles are being covered a month, and the figure is increasing. The air fleet for carrymg passengers, troops, and freight has doubled since January.
