BRITISH NOT MOVED IN
LONDON, September 2. The British forces which were scheduled to occupy and administer five districts of Vienna yesterday have so far taken over only two, because the Russian withdrawal is not complete, says the Associated Press correspondent in Vienna. It is believed that there is conflict over a large barracks at present housing 2000 Russians. The British want the barracks, and the Russians are not yet ready to give it. up.
