BRISBANE, August 31. A heavy thunderstorm broke over Brisbane this morning as tramless people were trudging to work on the third day of the strike Hundreds of Brisbane people were drenched to tnt skin. ~, jv._ The deadlock continues with the Lord Mayor adamant on the mens leturn to work before negotiations are begun. The men are solidly_adhe - ing to their claims, and the Government's attitude is that the next move is up to the Lord Mayor*
