FIRST LIST FOR TRIAL

PROMINENT NAZI LEADERS (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright.) Rec. 11 a.m. LONDON, August 29. It is officially announced that the committee of chief British, American, Russian, and French prosecutors for the investigation and prosecution of major war criminals has drawn up the first lists of war criminals to be tried before the international military tribunal.

The list includes the following:— Goering, Hess, Ribbentrop, Ley, Rosenberg, Frank, Kaltenbrunner, Frick, Streicher, Keitel, Funk, Schacht, Krupp yon Bohlen, Raeder, Doenitz, yon Schirach, Sauckel, Speer, Borman, yon Papen, Jodl, yon Neurath, Seyss-Inquart, and Fritsche. Investigations are going forward of the cases of other war criminals who are not included in the list. The Press Association says it is generally; exSected that the trials will .begin at uremberg early in October.
