LOUVAIN EXPLOSION

BRUSSELS, August 29,
The Communist newspaper "Le Drapeu Rouge" reported that the second bomb explosion at • the party's Louvian headquarters in eight days occurred yesterday, injuring a woman and shattering windows throughout the district.
The explosion is blamed Fascists.
