TANGIER CONFERENCE
Rec. 12.30 p.m. LONDON, August 26. The conference on Tangier is about to conclude. It is understood that complete agreement has been reached on the main problems, says the Exchange Telegraph agency's Paris correspondent. It is believed that Britain, America, Russia, and France will participate in the control of Tangier, with Spain. However, they will be required to evacuate troops from the town. It is planned to make Tangier one of the greatest free ports in the world. The United States is providing most of the capital. The decisions of the conference are being submitted to the Council of Foreign Ministers at its forthcoming session in London.
