ARGENTINE CLAMOUR
POLICE USE MACHINE-GUNS
BUENOS AIRES, August 18. Police early this morning machine'gunned political demonstrators, wound^ing nine. Brandishing sabres, mounted police charged and dispersed the crowds. The disorders coincided with increasing demands for the restitution of constitutional Government.
