Rec. 9 a.m. NEW YORK, June 22. According to Tokio radio, Admiral Suzuki has warned Cabinet that the invasion of Japan is impending. He added that the people of Kyushu are prepared and convinced that the enemy would certainly land there. Admiral Suzuki ,told Cabinet that the new system of decree rule which operates tomorrow provides a basis for the solid war structure needed for victory. Government' officials in future will not be able to evade their duties on the pretext that the law does not allow them to take prompt action.
