DEMAND FOR LEOPOLD'S ABDICATION
Rec. 10.50 a.m. BRUSSELS, June 10. The Belgian Socialist Party Congress unanimously passed a resolution, amid cheers, demanding the abdication of King Leopold as being "alone consistent with the interests of reconstruction, peace, morale, and unity." The resolution insisted on a "rapid solution of this problem."
