OFFICIAL FAREWELLED
Mf. A. L. Tresidder, Clerk of the Magistrate's Court, Wellington, who is transferring to Invercargill, was farewelled on Friday by representatives of the amateur athletic associations witn which he has been closely associated as an administrator. Tributes to his service to the sport were paid by Messrs. H. Amos (president of the Wellington A.A. Club). H. I. Austad (chairman of the N.Z.A.A.A. council). J. H. Fowler (president of the Wellington A.A. Centre), A. C. Kitto (past president of the club and centre and a member of the council), and others. As a token of appreciation a presentation was made to Mr. Tresidder, who was also handed a present for his wife. Mr. Tresidder suitably replied.
