HOPE FOR MISSING MEN
Rec. 9 a.m. LONDON, May 31. AnsAvering a question in the House of Commons, the Secretary for Air, Captain Macmillan said that 7116 members of the R.A.F. were known to be prisoners of war at the time of the German surrender and that .7220 had since been repatriated. The explanation of the latter figure was that it included prisoners whose capture had not been reported up to the time of surrender.
