LONDON, May 23. Lieutenant-General Freyberg, commander of the 2nd N.Z.E.F., has decided hot to stand as Conservative candidate for Spelthorne, Middlesex, be.cause of military considerations. He was chosen eight months ago when the sitting member decided not to seek re-election.' J
