DROPPED ON AIRFIELDS

LONDON, April 29. Food .which was dropped by R.A.F. Lancasters today to the Dutch in enemy-occupied Holland fell on airfields at The Hague, Rotterdam, and Leyden, according to the Netherlands news agency. Conditions are chaotic, and the Gestapo has fled, says the Exchange Telegraph agency's Zurich correspondent. The inhabitants of some villages have thrown up barricades against SS troops who might be sent to quell the revolt. Foreign workers in some places have elected administrators to negotiate with the Allies, who are expected hourly.
