ALLIED PLANS

NAZIS WARN GERMANS

LONDON, February 5. The German news agency today put out an article for publication in the German newspapers warning the Germans to beware the Churchill-Stalin-Roosevelt meeting. After quoting what it described as reports from London that Germany would be divided into two parts and that industrial equipment would be removed from the Ruhr and put under international control, the news agency added: "From this it can be seen that the enemy plans to force the German people to a starvation level and a life of suffering for decades, if not centuries."

The German forces radio declared that Marshal Stalin was planning to transport 4,000,000 Germans to Russia as slaves.
