EASTER MATCHES
A decision to invite the Canterbury Cricket Association to send a representative team to Wellington to play a match at Easter was inado at last night's meeting of the management committee of the Wellington Cricket Association.
The jUanawatu Cricket Association wrote requesting that the Wellington Brabin Cup team should be sent to Palmerston North to play a match against a Manawatu eleven at Easter. The invitation was referred to the junior championship committee to try and arrange a match.
It was decided to write to all the minor associations in the Wellington area inquiring whether any of them would like a visit from a Wellington team at Easter time. .
