WAR CRIMINALS
PUNISHMENT ACCORDING TO
INTERNATIONAL LAW
Rec. 10 a.m. PARIS, December 5. The Government will continue to apply rigorously the principles of international law, said M. Francois de Men thorn, French Minister of Justice, replying to a German threat of reprisals for the trial of war criminals. He added: "We shan't proceerT against German war criminals until the procedure to be followed is agreed upon among the Allies."
