WELLINGTON ASSOCIATION Criticism of attendance at representative practices was made at last night's meeting of the Wellington Cricket Association, and it was decided to suggest to the selectors that players who dp not attend be replaced by younger players, who, it was expected, would be keen to attend.

It being reported that the lbw rule had been revised, it was decided to •write to the New Zealand Cricket Council for any alterations in the interpretation of the rule. In reply to an inquiry Mr. L J. Brabin reported that- he understood there would be a supply of cricket balls available before February.
