Rec. 10.45 a.m. WASHINGTON, Dec. 3. ? Tomorrow a special agricultural committee of the House of Representatives is beginning an investigation into methods of rescuing the cotton industry from its dangerous plight due to competition from foreign cotton and Am.e'rican synthetic fibres. ' Foreign nations are sending representatives to the sessions of the committee. This has pointed out that American cotton prices are too high to compete effectively against synthetics; and Brazilian and other foreign cotton. ';■'.' ■■..-:
