MINERS REMAINING OUT
P.A. WESTPORT, December 3, At a ;; public meeting at - Denniston today," the miners reaffirmed their dei cision not to resume work till a resii dent doctor arrives on the hill. It was decided to ask deputies and under-viewers to act similarly. Word was received that a doctor who was accepted after receipt of his creden-J tials was on his way to Westport or shortly would be, but the feeling prevailed that because of the hazardous nature of their occupation the. miners were not justified in resuming work till the doctor was actually resident on the hill.
