Rec aoon. NEW YORK, Sept. 18 Masanori Ito, the Domei news' agency's naval commentator, soeaking on Tokio radio, said: "With the' enemy gradually nearing our vital inner defence line, the Japanese navy is alertly watching for the opportune moment to deal the decisive blow. The prerequisite for the enemy to commence battle is ability to swing into action before Japan's replenishment of her air force, which is the only weak point in the Japanese navy."
