LONDON, September 2. The Germans are stepping-up pre« parations for leaving Greece, according to reports "reaching Greek circles in. London. The German forces in Greece are to be decreasing. Only 20 per cent, of the occupation force left is purely German, the remainder consisting .of troops of the j satellite States.
