NAZIS RUSH PREPARATIONS
LONDON, September 2. The Germans are stepping-up pre« parations for leaving Greece, according to reports "reaching Greek circles in. London. The German forces in Greece are to be decreasing. Only 20 per cent, of the occupation force left is purely German, the remainder consisting .of troops of the j satellite States. "The Germans are systematically destroying depots and installations. , The Greek authorities in Cairo, state that at noon on Saturday, in the presence of the Regent and Crown Prince, the following members of the n&w Greek Cabinet took the oath:— Mr. Svolos, Minister oflFinance- Mr Askoytis, Minister of Communications* Mr. Tsirimokis, Minister of National Economy; Mr. Zevgos, Minister of Agriculture; Mr. Porphyrogenis, Minist? 1 * °f Labour;. Mr. Anghelopoulbs. Under-Secretary of State for Finance. Mr. Svolos, Mr. Askoytis, and - Mr. Anghelopoulos represent the political committee of national liberation, while Mr. Porphyrogenis and Mr Zevgos also represent the Communist Party of Greece.
