SUBSTANTIAL DONATIONS
Mrs. A. Dunn arranged another popular musical entertainment at her home recently in aid of the Lyall Bay branch of the Women's National Reserve. Excellent items were given by Mrs. Bremner's Ladies' Choir, and Mesdames D. Bowe and S. Hilliker also contributed to the proframme. Recent donations made by the above branch are as follows:—£10 for Red Cross prisoner of war parcels, £10 for the Metropolitan Patriotic Committee, £10 for the Merchant Navy, £5 for the Free Ambulance, £5 for the Kilbirnie Branch Returned Services' Association, and £5 for the Lyall Bay branch Metropolitan i Patriotic Committee.
