A tribute was paid at the Hutt Rotary Club yesterday to the leadership in philanthropic and patriotic efforts of the late Mr. Frank Campbell, and expression was given to the great loss suffered by the Rotary movement in New ' Zealand, and especially to the Wellington Club by his death.
