Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today in refusing a request for the) suppression of the name of James Rin.& 38, driver, who pleaded guilty to stealing groceries valued at £11 Is 6d from National Distributors, Ltd. 3 while in their employment. The Magistrate said he would give effect to the recommendation pf the probation officer and place Ring _on probation for twelve months and order him to make restitution of £4 10s 2d. Mr. J.
