MARANVILLE—GRAHAM.

On December 20, 1943,-the marriage was solemnised at St. Peter's Church, Wellington, by, the Rev. Austin Charles, of Joyce Amy, only daughter of Mrs. | H. A. Mouton and the late Mr. C. R. Graham, of Wellington, to James, Baird Maranville, U.S.M.C., eldest son ] of Mr. and Mrs. O. K. Maranville, USA. The bride, who was escorted by her stepfather, wore a beautiful gown of cream satin brocade, designed with heart-shaped neckline, leg o' mutton sleeves, long-waisted bodice, and a full skirt which formed a graceful train. Her veil was of cream cut tulle, held in place by Christmas lilies, and she carried a bouquet of Christmas lilies, carnations, and cream roses. The bridesmaids, Misses Lois Sellars and Molly McKenzie, of Wellington, wore frocks of blue georgette, with cross-over bodices, deep diamondshaped belts, and skirts pleated at the waist. They carried bouquets of pink carnations and blue delphiniums and a spray of the same flowers in the hair. The best man was Mr. Charles Graham, brother of the bride, and the groomsman Mr. James Roberts, U.S.M.C. During the signing of the register, \ Miss Molly McKenzie sang "O Perfect Love." The reception was held at the E.S.TJ. rooms. The guests were received by the bride's mother. Solos were sung by Misses Molly McKenzie and Lenore Spencer, the latter being a cousin of the bride.
