BOGUS BRITISH NOTES
CIRCULATED BY GERMANS
Rec. 11.15 a.m. LONDON, January 19. Bogus Bank of England notes printed by the Germans are being circulated in neutral countries, says the "Daily Mail." Some of the notes have been examined by experts, who confirm that they are of German origin. The notes are of such excellent quality that even some of the experts have been deceived. According to the "Daily Mail's" Geneva correspondent the notes are in circulation in the upper Savoie, with the intention of passing them into cir- I culation through Switzerland. J
