NAZI PLANES OVER ENGLAND
RUGBY, September 22,
Before midnight a few enemy aircraft were over parts of east Anglia and south England. Bombs were dropped at scattered points. Some damage and casualties are reported. Later there was slight enemy activity over coastal districts of northeastern and south-eastern England. There are no reports of bombs being dropped. Two enemy aircraft were destroyed.—B.O.W.
