The 17th annual meeting of Alexander Mines was held at Keefton. Mr. D. A. McVicar presided. The directors' report, balance-sheet, and statement of accounts for the past year ended May 31 last were adopted. The retiring directors, Messrs. J. B. Discaciatl and "James Haisty, were re-elected. Mr. Mi J. Fogarty was re-elected auditor. Mr. James Haisty, director, was unable to be present at the meeting through illness. Impressions of sympathy with best wishes for a speedy recovery were made at the meeting.
