NEW BULGARIAN CABINET
LONDON, September 13
A Bulgarian Cabinet crisis has been overcome, says the Hungarian telegraph agency. The former Finance Minister, M. Bojilov, has been appointed Prime Minister, and M. Pomenov will be Foreign Minister. General Stoitshev will most likely become Minister of War.
