R. BEALE'S SUSPENSION
P.A. AUCKLAND, September 13. The appeal of the jockey R. Beale against the suspension for three months imposed upon him by the stewards of the Pakuranga Hunt Club for interference with Forest Glen when riding 1 Huirangi Sun in the Pakuranga Hunt Cup at Ellerslie on August 21 was dismissed,by the Auckland District Com- ' mittee, which increased the period of | suspension to six months.
