OBITUARY
dr: f. p. keppel The death is. announced of Dr. F P Keppel, president of the Carnegie Corporation of New York from 1922 to 1941. Commenting on the visit Dr. Keppel paid to New Zealand in 1935, Mr. A. E. Campbell, director of the New Zealand Council for Educational Research, said his keen interest in the Dominion was reflected in many and varied forms of assistance given by the corporation to education, libraries, museums, and arts. His death would be deeply regretted by his many friends m New Zealand.
