HARRIERS
An eight-mile race for the Endeavour Cup (sealed handicap) from the University over Tinakori Hill and back via the Wilton Road was held by the University Harrier Club on Saturday. W. Rosenberg won the trophy with a revised time of 46.35, B. E. Swedlund being second and S. J. Wilson third. Fastest timee was recorded- by I. C. McDowall. The club championship (three races) has been won this season by I. C. MacDowall, with G. B. Rowberry runner-up.
