COURT OF APPEAL
Fixtures were made today by the Court of Appeal for the ensuing sitting, the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers), Mr. Justice Blair, and Mr. Justice Johnston presiding. There are three cases on appeal to be heard, one case stated (a criminal action), and two disputed motions for conditional leave to appeal to the Privy Council. Ten prisoners have appealed against Supreme Court sentences.
