P.A. TE AROHA, This Day. The Minister of Finance (Mr. Nash) addressed an assemblage of 500 electors last evening. He spoke at length in defence of the Land Sales Act, explaining the principal provisions. Referring to the progress of war operations and the Allied successes, lie said that the capitulation of Italy marked' the beginning of the end. He also dealt with the question *of social, security.
