LONDON, September 10.
Berlin radio announced that King Boris's brother, Prince Cyril, the Prime Minister, Professor Filov, and the War, Minister, General Mikhov, had been appointed members of a Bulgarian Regency Council. Ankara radio says that Allied planes have dropped leaflets in Bulgarian towns demanding Bulgaria's unconditional surrender. Italians and Germans are fighting inside Albania, says Tirana radio.
