DIVE-BOMBERS IN BURMA
LONDON, July 9. R.A.F. Vengeance dive-bombers carried out attacks on two places in Burma today. Other R.A.F. machines have also been busy over Burma. Blenheims bombed targets on Akyab Island and in the hills. American fighters attacked supply dumps, and shot up 30 river craft. The Japanese report a raid by American bombers on Haiphong, the occupied base in French TnHn-China.
