A FRESH CRISIS

FOOD SUBSIDY PLAN REBUFF WASHINGTON. June 2G. The United States Congress has struck a second blow at President Roosevelt's home front policy. Davis, the present food controller. This has confronted President Roosevelt with the biggest domestic crisis of the war.
